The in-home measure is genuinely free and it carries no obligation whatsoever. We measure every room, assess whatever sits beneath the existing flooring, and leave samples overnight. Seeing a plank in your own coastal light matters more than most people expect.
You then receive one written figure covering material, labor, subfloor preparation, and disposal. That figure holds through completion unless demolition uncovers damage nobody could reasonably have anticipated. Causeway and rural travel sit inside it rather than appearing as a separate line.
Tell us which rooms are involved and approximately how many square feet they occupy. That is genuinely enough for us to schedule a visit and give a useful indication. Mentioning whether the property is a rental helps us considerably as well.

Hours
Our office hours are Mon to Thu 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 12pm. We reply to every inquiry the same working day it reaches us. Commercial projects and rental turnovers can be scheduled overnight or at weekends where the phasing genuinely requires it.
Areas We Cover
We install throughout Brunswick and the Golden Isles. The barrier islands and the marsh side include St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Jekyll Island, and Blythe Island. Around Brunswick itself we cover Old Town Brunswick, Country Club Estates, and Dock Junction. Further out we work in Sterling, Darien, and Waverly on identical terms.
Each of those has its own page describing the construction, the moisture conditions, and the access constraints there. The technical problems differ considerably between them, which is precisely why we assess every property individually. An elevated island house and a mainland slab need entirely different work.
